We’ve got busy year ahead of us here at PanelLock!

2024 Brings us the challenge of completing 18 homes for one of our local Iwi – Te Rarawa.

Under the asset holding company Te Waka Pupuri Putea Trust, We have been assigned to construct and deliver 18 quality relocatables to a 44 Home development happening at Donalds Road in Kaitaia, as part of the Iwi’s Assets/Commercial & Residential Porperty development wing.

While we are now underway to deliver 18 homes for Te Rarawa, we will also be taking on a 17 home development in Griggs street simultaneously.

We’ll keep this page updated with our latest news on how we acheive 18 homes for Te Rarawa over the next 10-14 months.

Te Aupouri PapaKainga WHARE on display at waitangi treaTY GROUNDS 2024

We had the pleasure of being involved in the Inaugural Waitangi Housing Expo event on the 5th & 6th Feb 2024!

This was a great opportunity to show off one of our homes that we had destined for Te Aupouri, Potanhi Road Papakainga Development.

All we had in the Factory at the time was one of our 2-bedroom homes, which worked out perfectly since the Haruru Falls Road was very narrow and we would have struggled to get a 3+ bedroom home down that road.

A Big thankyou to all our suppliers and sponsors that helped us get there, and a big thankyou to Te Aupouri for letting us put their home on display!
