The PanelLock Construction System is a structural wall and ceiling panel
system used in the construction of PanelLock buildings as a substitution
for conventional timber frames and linings. PanelLock Systems Ltd is the company responsible for producing & manufacturing PanelLock Kitsets from our Factory in Kaitaia.

• Panels are accurately cut to 1mm precision from our CNC machine
  We Provide a flat pack solution for your building requirements. Single story family home, double storey apartment block, small cabin, you name it!

• Save money and time!
  Our Panels are coated in a pre-primed mdf outter layer, it just takes a bit of sanding and 3 coats of paint to decorate inside to a smooth finish. There is also a benefit in labour cost saved for assembly, as the walls can be erected within a morning, with ceiling panels on by the afternoon. Beginning from piles, we can achieve roof on, windows in, and cladding finished easily within 10 working days with a crew of 5 builders for a 121m2 4-Bedroom home.

• Plumbing & Electrical
  Our Panels have all the wiring pre-trenched, pre-drilled, and light switches, power sockets, Home ventillation, plumbing – is all programmed to be pre-cut into our panels – reducing the subbies time onsite to reduce overall cost.

• We can supply kitsets all over New Zealand
  As long as we are supplying to an LBP registered builder who is familiar with the system, sending kitsets all around NZ is not an issue for us.
